A faith-based memory workshop is an educational and inspirational gathering focused on encouragement, reflection, and spiritual support for those affected by memory challenges. These workshops are not medical in nature and do not involve diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

In my workshops, I share my personal journey with memory loss and the faith-centered practices that helped me stay focused and hopeful during that time. Participants are invited to reflect, engage with Scripture, and explore gentle practices that support mindfulness, consistency, and spiritual connection.

These workshops are often hosted by churches, ministry groups, senior communities, and caregiver organizations. They are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and adaptable to different group sizes and settings.

Each workshop emphasizes shared experience rather than instruction. The goal is to encourage, spark meaningful conversation, and help participants feel supported as they navigate their own challenges or care for loved ones.
